Kindly help me about my issue because i have problems with my new laptop in the name of Dell inspiron 15 (3537 ) i5-4200u/1.6G/3M, 4GB, 750 GB, 2 GB AMD Radeon with operation system Ubunutu.

I removed this opearting system & installed Windows 7 64 bit, but I can't access on my Bluetooth driver & when I setup it given me the following massage " active Bluetooth using wireless switch"

Please help me to able access on my Bluetooth driver.
