My problem is after I recieved an update a few weeks ago that instant my wifi bluetooth connection stop working.  I have a XPS M140 laptop Now anytime I have the wifi wireless device on I get a fatal error promt and the laptop go blue and stops and I have to shut off for it to power up and reboot.  It only reboots even in safe mode if the wifi bluetooth is off. Now if I try to use any wireless product in a usb port the fatal error message come up and it shuts down.  Has any one else had this problem and if so how did you correct it.  By the way I can still get online thru ethernet cable but can't access any wireless network
