D400 Not Showing Avilable Networks

I just reinstalled Windows XP and now my wireless card isn't showing "available networks" and I can't connect. Any ideas.

    installed the Wireless drivers for the card, or using XP. I would install Dell drivers, ensure enabled, and add appropiate SSID if known.
