    SlimCookie,

Did you install the Notebook System Utility and the Intel Mobile Chipset and the Ricoh R5C833 or the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

    Then install the...

    Marvell 88E80XX 10/100 Ethernet Controller

Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number. Click on original configuration. Look to see which wireless adapter you have installed. The go to Drivers & Downloads click on network and download the drivers for your wireless adpater.

    The download Dell QuickSet.

You should be able to get online to connect and download the other drivers.

    Hello,

You will need the Dell Resource DVD to at least install your wired or wireless drivers for your computer.  This is commonly not installed when you have to reload windows on your computer.  Once you have those drivers installed you will be able to get online.  I highly suggest once doing so that you goto http://support.dell.com and enter your service tag to download additional drivers.  Most important updates are audio, video and chipset drivers.

If you do not have this disc or you need help installing your drivers please contact our support line at

    1-800-624-9896

Our techs can assist you over the phone and even connect to your computer to help you resolve your issue.

    Sincerely,
