pp01x latitude c800

I am trying to get my mom lap top to connect to the internet using a linksys ether fast 10/100 intergrated cardbus pc card and it just does not want to work.(The card works fine by the way) Any idea on how I can get it to work?

    Can you possibly be a bit more descriptive?

     

    And yet the card works fine. How do you know?

     

    Who is your ISP?  Do you have DSL or cable internet?
