Hello I'm running a  DELL Inspiron 9300

It shows i have wireless connection but can not get the internet

I open explorer and get internet exploer cannot display the webpage

I click in diagnose connection problems and it says that Windows is not currently managing your wireless network.

I don't no what to do Dell wont help me. So could some one give me a hand
