Need Help Regarding a Return

I need to return my unused laptop.  I tried canceling while my order was still in the "Order Processing" stage, however since the Dell customer database was down for an entire day, my order went "In Production" during that time and Dell said they were unable to cancel.  Three different Dell reps/supervisors told that I'd needed to receive the laptop and then could easily return it for a full refund (no restocking fees or shipping fees).

I received my laptop on Saturday, and immediately called Dell to initiate a return.  The Returns Agent supposedly processed the return and said I'd receive a Return Shipping Label via email within 24-48 hours.  Never received it.

Called on Tuesday to inquire about the status.  The Returns Agent said the original agent didn't properly fill out the request, so the return showed as being on Hold (glad Dell didn't bother to notify me of this).  The new Returns Agent said he'd cancel that and start over.  He guaranteed me that he filled it out properly and I'd receive the Shipping Label via email within 24-48 hours, although he figured I'd receive it later that day.  Again, never received.

I found a webpage for Dell's Unresolved Issues and today emailed my information/complaint.  I haven't heard back yet, but they supposedly will get back to me in a blazing fast 4 business days (great customer service, huh?).  Based on my previous attempts, I'm not very confident that they'll get back to me.

HELP!  How can I get my return processed?  Any advice/tips/help appreciated.
