I ordered dell laptop inspiron15  on 12/10  and have not heard a thing . They say its in production. They told me it would be delivered by xmas but now expected delivery 1/4/2010

It says i cant cancel order. once in production. Seems like his is a oneway street and Dell should be reported customer fraud
