I have a optiplex 7010 and suddenly it is so slow I cannot play my games now, I get DC from them a lot. It has 16 GB of RAM but my video card burned up thanks to a AMD video card never get one again. MY HHD seems to be in read and write all the time, I bought a SSD to place my OP system on but not sure how to do that myself so I haven't done it yet. I have windows defender and  Malwarebytes for protection and they both say no virus or anything in my pc. It sure is acting like something is running it down. I plan on building a new pc soon with new OS and all new hardware but for now I need this one running right. There are a few things I would like to know on this pc like how to move Windows 10 to SSD without having to buy new OS or if at all not buy software to move the OS. 2 where can I get a better power supply for this pc or how can I connect a ATX supply to this computer. And 3rd  what Video card can I buy that is not an AMD card that will work on here I had a GT 610 I think it was at first but if stopped working and then the AMD one it was just garbage. Overheated a lot and would pixel my screen a lot to. I don't have a lot of cash to spend on this pc been saving for build on the new one but might be able to do about 110$ for the power supply and video card. The video card doesn't need to be great just one that will function and would like it to have 2GB ram and power supply like 550 watts that is why I am wanting to know how to connect an ATX one. I know it wont fit in the case BTW my FF is I think Desktop not mini tower or tower. Thank you for any help you guys can give me.
