So I have a OptiPlex 5050 that is having issues running updates from Dell Command Center. When I try to run and check updates for the system, a message pops up saying this: 'No update information is available. A system security error has occurred.' The previous version of Dell Command Center was 4.7.1 and was manually updated to 4.8.0, but still having issues. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated since there has been nothing that I have seen online that has covered this.
