Cannot enable Hyper- V VM Technology on Dell R510

We have configured the Hyper-v setup, however unable to mount the development desktop  image  on VM.

 

We have to make several  setting on server Bios V mode

Note :

select Safe Mode.

    Rnrnaga,

    Do you have a Intel Westmere processor in the server?

    Also, do you have Virtualization Technology enabled in the BIOS?

    If you do have an Westmere processor then you can run this Hotfix from Microsoft to resolve the issue - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981791/en-us?sd=rss&spid=12925
