That should be a easy one. Because you have an entry level server mostlikely with a Software Raid aka Fake- or Chipset Raid. ESXi does not support such a "RAID". You need a HW HBA like PERC H7xx, H965 which isnt supportet within the T150.

Hi,
Make sure initilalized your RAID 1 array is set up correctly in the RAID controller's BIOS. Sometimes, the settings might not save properly, causing the drives to disappear during the OS installation. Keep your server's firmware and RAID controller drivers up to date. Switching between AHCI and RAID mode can sometimes help with detection issues.
