We have 8 GB memory in all slots but its only reading 120. We have tried everything with memory configuration and still not reading all memory. Please help.
I did everything you mentioned abut and the diagnostics via the LifeCycle Controller didn't work. We are using Samsung 8GB PC3L-10600R-10-E1-D2. All 18 are the exact same ones.
Thanks Robert. We will that. We were getting an error about B1, B4 and B7 doing the POST test. We tried switching out the those affected sticks and still got the error. Its a brand new motherboard so we will try what you suggested.
