I am attempting to load Server 2012 on a T310 perc 6/I server.  I finally am able to see the VHDs during the installation, but I can't get past loading the drivers.  

I have been to the Dell download site and but it doesn't recognize any of the drivers from

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/poweredge-t310/drivers?os=w12r2

and I have downloaded everything.  

My system currently has RedHat Centos 7 loaded but I have 2 other harddrives attached to the RAID controller that I want to load Windows Server drive and eventually do a dual boot.

I am so frustrated.
