I have a dell server in my office.

 

It has Brightstor Arcserve 9.0 installed with Brightstor Agent Open file. some of critical application running on this server.

 

When I try to make backup, the backup gives me an incomplete message with 35 pages log.

 

The Log tells me that job was stopped due to some error W3404 "Unable to open file" EC= path not found.

 

Could you please help me out of this issue as i really want to make backup of my entire server.

why this error is coming?
