Hello, everybody.

We have MD3000i with RAID10 and 3 failed hard disks. It was working perfectly for 3 years, and we didn't remember about it until this happened :-( Here are the questions:

1. recovery guru says that it maybe still possible to recovery the data and suggests to contact technical support. But the warranty has already expired, and I'm not sure, whether any support could be provided by phone. Did anybody have such experience?

2. what is the procedure for the recovery, can I do it myself?
