@Vadimn_fc0f39​ , Alienware Aurora front cooling fan 7M0F5 can be used on your Precision 3630.  It's a 120 mm fan to fit on lower front.

**Another question, on my 3630, when i turning it on or connect a power cord, power led working, but when i press the power button and turn on the workstation, there is no white light on a power led (some kind stealth mode?), any idea how to turn it on?
On all my previous DELL workstations this led was lighting once workstation is  turned on.

As for your additional question, it sounds like the power LED light is faulty.  A normal working condition power status light is following:

Solid white:  indicates the system is powered on and is in operational status.

Solid amber:  the system is unable to boot to the operating system. This indicates that the power supply or another device in the system is failing.

Blinking amber:  The system is unable to boot to the operating system. This indicates that the power supply is normal but another device in the system is failing or not installed properly.

Power LED is off:  system is in hibernation or turned off.

If your system is working normal, just leave it alone as there is no option to turn on or off.  You will have to replace the whole power button module.
