hi all, hopefully people reply to this fast, got a t3500 workstation that had power to the board, the power button is green and not flashing at all. the 2nd led is BLINKING and not solid. No other led buttons are on minus the ethernet button which is flashing (nothing is plugged in though.) any ideas to what this might mean?
If you push the test button on the PSU, does it light the green light? If not, unplug all internal and external peripherals, except the MB. Plug back in one by one until you don't get the green light.
Reseating RAM one by one, or test one stick a time, can also be a common solution.
I did receive your PM, and luckily get email notification. Private messaging hasn't been working in Android 8 and 9. I do this from my phone as that's my only internet.
This site isn't working very well today. Can't sign in while using Chrome, so I keep having to move URL's to Firefox. (Links from my email automatically open in Chrome.)
The only other idea I can think of is if you want to keep the T3500 going, replace the MB. Make sure it comes with something for a return policy, typically 30 days. Probably fairly cheap on ebay.
hmm i was thinking are there any diagnostics you can run on the mobo from dell and dont require any tools. (the friend i am going to give it too doesnt have a pc and wants one to start gaming on).
