Precision T5810 Fan Connector
I've got a T5810 that has served well for the niche use which I bought it. There has been one consistent problem from the start though. The fans. After a few months the bearings wear out and they start to squeak (probably not the best way to describe the sound, but that's the only thing I can think of now). After many times contacting support and getting fans replaced, the machine is now out of warranty and one of the fans is once again going out.
I have some spare Noctua fans that fit in the bracket and wanted to hook them up. However, I can't find any connector to convert the proprietary Dell fan headers to a standard PWM.
Does such a thing exist? I found a PWM to Dell 5-pin converter that fits the FAN_HDD1 header. Can I use that to supply one or more of the front panel fans?

I use FAN_HDD header w/ adapter and splitter to supply AIO watercooler pump, radiator and vrm fans. I havent had issues with the configuration.
