On my Precision 3520, 2-finger scrolling stopped working. I went to Dell Touchpad Settings and could not access most options. For example, I clicked on the "Gestures" tab but then "Multi Finger Gestures" was grayed out - could not get there. The "Buttons" tab also had grayed out options.
