I have a major paper jam at the back door of the printer - I can see it but not reach it.  Customer Service says the only option is to replace my printer - they're sending me a new one.  Has anyone been able to successfully deal with this?  My warranty expires soon and if it happens again I don't want to have to plan on buying a new printer each time I get a jam.
