I am trying to get the printer to print labels. It did not recognize the paper size and would ask for Letter (8 1/2 X 11).  Since I was unsuccessful in getting it to change sizes I Uninstalled and reinstalled.  Now the printer is recognized by the computer and will print (still asking for letter) but it is not seen by the Tool Box.
