I have seen this question several times on the forum, so I know I'm not alone with this problem. However, I have tried all of the advice that I've seen posted, such as unplugging the printer and cleaning the cartridges, and still no luck. I'm about ready to kick old Dell to the curb, as this is by no means the first problem we've had with this stupid thing. Does anyone out there have any other tricks I could try?
