I recently bought some office equipment - chairs, computer towers, laser printers, etc. - from a closed business. I started to check the laser printers today (2330d & B2360dn) and got an error message on the first one after I set the time and date. I discovered a cavern behind the front panel. I looked online and found listings for toner and drum units. The drum listing said ‘includes one cartridge.’ I’ve never owned a Dell printer, so I’m clueless. As big as the empty space is, I’m guessing that I need a drum but does that mean toner comes with it? Thanks in advance for any help.
