If possible, I'd like to replace the metal/alloy "pull brackets" (you can slip a finger behind them to pull the array our), which have stickers with "PowerVault MD1200" on one side, and the service tag / express service code and a diagram of hard drive placement on the other. They are screwed into the ears from the back.

I pulled up the original system specs by service code, but was unable to identify the part to order.

Anyone at Dell have an exploded parts diagram to reference?
