Hello

I try to implement SupportAssist Enterprise 4.0.5 and I tried to add device as EqualLogic. But it couldn't.

It says that the credentials are incorrect and displays error code SA-0145.
I tested the credentials by directly accessing the storage and everything is OK, yet I can't add it to SupportAssist.

Can you help me please?
