DAE Error
Hi
I have a problem.I have one DAE connected to my DPE.I disconnect its cabel and now it shows fault in my DPE and DEA.as a result when I want to install any EMc license via USM it shows an error related to this fault DAE.how Can I fix it?

it was test DAE and it wasn't for my company.we disconnected it.
we created a test pool with hards on that DAE on that time but we forgot to delete its pool.now its pool is in "deleting" mode and its enclosure shows fault as you above screenshot.
my question is how I can fix this error

Sorry, I don't know. I think you might need to engage EMC Support on this. The system is still expecting the disks to be attached so it can delete the pool.

Why did you disconnect the DAE? Are the disks in that DAE configured in a pool?
If you want to remove the DAE from the system and the disks in that DAE are not in use, then you can try power cycling the VNX if that is possible.
