I reformated my inspiron 9300 a couple of months ago and just recently went to watch dvds on it and burn a dvd slide presentation, neither of which worked.  I can't find any Dell CDs with the Sonic DVD programs on it to reload onto my computer.  Am I missing a cd or not seeing something on the download site (as far as I can tell those sonic programs are all patches and upgrades).  I have since purchased a dvd program but would rather get the sonic stuff then have to go purchase a burner program as well
