Hello,

Can anyone help how to fix this battery problem?  

"Your battery has experienced permanent failure and needs to be replaced" It is not charging currently and red light is keep blinking.

I have also updated BIOS and other drivers to latest versions from dell website, but nothing fixed it's same.
