my cd drives stopped working very randomly, in the device manager there is a yellow exclamation points next to my cd drives indicating that they are not working corectly. When i go to my computer they are not listed either. HOw do i repair this problem? i have tried everything even uninstalling it and trying to reinstall them but nothing works. im stuck. please help me out. Thanks
