The drive does not read, will not allow burning CDs or anything else. I have spoken with Del a couple of weeks ago and went through steps but nothing is working still. My warranty is going to run out and I'm going to have to pay for a new CD/DVD Rom. I'm not happy. Can anyone help me as to what I should do?
