The computer is a new (Christmas) 1501 laptop. I could read CDs the first couple of days and now nothing. DVDs will play just fine but CDs will not play. You can hear the drive trying to read the disk but nothing happens and there are no error messages. What's up please? I do not have the laptop with me as I'm typing this so can't give you the nomenclature of the drive. Thanks
