Memory Issues
I don't know what is going on with my computer but I seem to be loosing memory without installing anything. My spyware and disc cleanup find nothing or have minimal space cleanup. I've been having problems since I installed DSL. SBC said that I needed to contact Dell and have them tell me what programs to uninstall. I don't have that many programs on my computer and I've installed another memory card which gives me 256mb, and after all this it says that I have 32% free disc space and it varies from 19-32% free space. Anyone that can help me figure out what is causing this problem I'd appreciate it.

This has nothing to do with your hard drive. Unfortunately, it is not a problem with how much RAM you have either. It's a Windows problem. I suggest you post in the Software/Windows Millennium forum.
When you post, please mention what programs are running on startup. This is the cause of your system resource issues.

By "memory", I believe you are confusing the space on your hard drive with your computer's RAM. These are different things. By adding a memory card, also known as RAM, you've got a total of 256 MB of RAM. But your hard drive stores much larger amounts of data. To check your hard drive space, open My Computer, then check the total space and free space. Post back with that information.
Also, please post your system and OS.
