I ordered a USB external case because my laptop hard drive crashed. I got the hard drive out of that laptop, and got it all hooked up to my other laptop. How do I access all of the files from my old hard drive? When i hooked the external case up, nothing popped up that new hardware was found and I can't find it anywhere. How do I find this drive on my computer?
