What is your Dell computer model, Windows version and OS build number [open a Run dialog box (Windows key + R) and enter winver], and current BIOS version (open a Run dialog box, enter msinfo32 to open your System Information, and look for the field named "BIOS Version / Date" in the summary).
Please read KeokiXPS's 18-Apr-2025 PCI Bus: Driver Error about these "analytical notations" that occasionally appear in SupportAssist hardware diagnostics. My 22-Apr-2025 post <here> in that topic includes a link to Dell employee DELL-Chris M's 12-Jul-2026 reply in mike2084's Fail Support Assists PCI Bus - Functional Tests - D0701, which states:
That D0701 error is simply a SupportAssist analytical notation. This is not a hardware fault. In future, Dell will remove these SupportAssist analytical notations from the diagnostic results. If you think that you may have an actual hardware fault, run the Dell ePSA diagnostics. Then click the "Get help now" on the right to provide the results to our agents.
As suggested, run an F12 ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) hardware diagnostic from your BIOS - see the companion YouTube video Performing ePSA Diagnostics if you have a problem starting the diagnostic. Once the default Quick Test has run to completion move on to an advanced scan for your PCIe bus. If those ePSA diagnostics do not generate an error code then it should be safe to ignore your SupportAssist DW-0 analytical notation. ----------- Dell Inspiron 15 5584 * 64-bit Win 10 Pro v22H2 build 19045.7663 * Firefox v154.0.0 * Microsoft Defender v4.18.26070.9-1.1.26070.7 * Malwarebytes Premium v5.6.5.306-163.0.5714 * Macrium Reflect Free v8.0.7783 * My Dell v2.2.6.0
Before you post back you might want to read RobinLindleyUK's 26-Aug-2026 topic Support Assist new 5.2 update, who saw a similar PCI DW-0 driver error when they ran a SupportAssist v5.2.0 hardware diagnostic on their Latitude E5570. Dell employee DELL-Daniel V posted in that topic and has a explanation for this "analytical notation" that's slightly different than what I've been told in the past by other Dell employees.
