Enviroment :  W2K Server, SP4, SQL 2000, IT Assistant 6.5

Hi,

Im having an an issue regarding my servers within the IT Assistant Console, i was previously running IT Assistant 6.4 (The one with the really usefully web interface), all my servers appeared as they should have, however since i have upgraded to 6.5 only about 7 out of the 20 that are configured now show up, the rest are greyed out with ? icon, when you click on them, i get an instrumentation error saying "The selected system does not have instrumentation that is recognised by Dell OpenManage IT Assistant. System is not instrumented", the thing is, all the servers have the exact same SNMP settings, and have had Server Administrator installed from a network share, so they all have the same version of Server Administrator, and presumably the same version of Instrumentation, when i run an Inventory with IT Assistant they all show up WMI as ver 4.10.0 No Updates.

After reading a few posts, i have also allowed OpenManage(a Domain Admin account) to run as a service on the OpenManage Server and on one of the Servers that isnt showing up properly, also run a discovery with OpenManage as the CIM username and so on, the only bit i couldnt complete is configuring the IAP service to run as the Domain Admin account, this is purely because, i cant find this service? should i have this? and wat does it belong to?

However i do not think this is the cause, as this service is not present on any of the servers, and also before i made any of these changes i could still see some of them.  It may be true that if i re-install Server Administrator, all will be fine, however if possible i would like to see a work around, as the majority of our servers are live 24/7 and are a complete pain to arrange reboots for.
