First and for most i would like to thank all of you that contribute in this community. Also thanx for the time and patience as im new to the Unity structure. we have a retired Unity300F running UnityOS 4.3.1 with 19 3.2TB that has an ESXi host that used to be our Exchange. 2 years ago we switched over to Nutanix and the Unity has just been collecting dust. Decided to get in to a learning curve and learn Unity and configure it for our test environment. Unfortunately the person that used to manage the Unit is not with the company anymore so all we have is the Unisphere’s IP and Admin password. Now we would like to reset everything to factory and rebuild everything from scratch but i know that once we do that we will need License information and all. Is there a way for us to download license information from the system? Once we reset will unisphere default to an ip address as there wont be a dhcp server on the network? What would i need to configure the Unity for 1 or 2 Windows iSCSI Host? Also since we are not able to access DELL EMC downloads or support from this user how can we get information or downloads or training documents/videos?
Got the license downloaded and entered the SPs in to Service Mode, ran the reinitialization process and im letting it finish. Since we dont have a DHCP server running on this environment most likely i would need the Connection Utility and cant seem to find it under the Unity300 page. Anyone can help with it?
