I am assuming this is a virus problem.  My computer keeps randomly shutting down on me.  I have noticed some word files I use when loaded or set to print, jams the computer and it shuts down.  Well, to get technical, it doesn't completely shut down, the screen goes blank, I can't use the keyboard or mouse, but the green indicator light is still on.  The only way to help is to restart it by pressing the power button on the tower.

 

The second pressing issue is that I have that computer newtworked to another one, with a firewall router, that is starting to do the same thing.  Can anybody help with an idea of what I need to do now?
