"Let us know how you are running"I can see no reason this would be so? Have you thought about removing MM and using the Windows Media Player?
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/default.aspx You could also uninstall MM and reinstall it to see if something is corrupt, check it for updates, sometimes if they are not kept current the software does not work right? I do not us MM so I can not advise you much.
I will have a couple of other optional suggests once I have reviewed this new log.You have Yahoo search junk that you did not have before, have you downloaded this? I suggest you remove it.http://www.dell4me.com/myway if you are not using Dell4me as your Homepage, you may check and remove any of those, just clutter put there by Dell to show you ads. I know, I have two Dell's...lolYou have a BHO and a toolbar from Viewpoint, which is installed by aol without your knowledge and no one knows what they do with information they collect. Here is some information for you:
http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/library/viewpointmediaplayer/index.phtml
http://computercops.biz/startuplist-4102.html
http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?showtopic=13470
I suggest you remove this junk. You have CCleaner on AUTO: O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ccleaner] "C:\Program Files\CCleaner\ccleaner.exe" /AUTO and it is using reources each time you boot. This is your option, it can be run manually when you feel you need it.I see a lot of stuff that is part of MM I just have little experience with it. If you decide to keep it, you may want to remove all of it and download it fresh. This is your call. Now, let's look at the log. Your log is clean and I will provide you with information below to help you stay that way. This process I am doing now is optional and has nothing to do with malware. If you wish to proceed then do so like this:1) Look in Add Remove programs and if Viewpoint is there, uninstall it.2) Open Hijack this and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://us.rd.yahoo.com/customize/ycomp_adbe/defaults/sb/*http://www.yahoo.com/search/ie.html

I suggest you look at all of your programs, if you see anything you did not put there, uninstall it also.
C:\Program Files\Ioile\Zkyqk.exe
C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer\optimize.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Internet Optimizer] "C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer\optimize.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dfwwlrz] C:\Program Files\Ioile\Zkyqk.exe
O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)
O16 - DPF: {77DD44BF-551D-4E3C-82CD-D637D5018D3C} - http://www.surveys.com/promptcast/Installs/SURVEYS.COM%20PROMPTCAST%20SETUP.cab
You may wish to reverse this process if you have any concern about anyone getting into these hidden system files.

When you are completely finished with the removal procedure and are satisfied that the threat has been removed follow these instruction:
