An ad for something called Smart-Security appeared as a background in my computer and there is no way to get rid of it. I tried to change the setting dor my desktop but everything is blocked. Besides, a have a lot of popups, always the same pages. I have the antivirus updated, and two programs for spyware, none of then could stop this thing from getting n my computer, and they can not clean it. People from Support told me that the only way to get rid of this is reinstalling Windows XP. Please, if there is anyone there that know anything about this, I want to know if there is another way.
