all of a sudden a folder containing a strange text file has appeared on my hard drive with the path C:\d4ec43dca17f781290417b4cf5\msxml4-KB927978-enu.txt

 

I was wondering if this is from potential spyware or other harmful thing. I did multiple virus scans with mcafee they didn't pick up anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated, let me know if you need me to paste the contents of the text file. Thanks!
