I am looking for customer experience about the use of VMWARE unmap with our solution VMAX, VNX but especially VPLEX since unmap is available with Geosynchro 6.0 SP1.

Does your customer have more storage free space after unmap ?

How they manage the unmap process ? Is it automated ? scheduled (weekly, monthly) ?

How do they monitor that ?

Etc.
