Your best bet is to handle this from NaviSecCLI. You can semi-script the addition of each LUN to each storage group, ensuring time a LUN is added to a storage group, you are specifying the same ID each time.
Yes, On Unisphere go to Storage -> LUNs -> Select the LUN(s) (You can hold the Ctrl key to select multiple LUNs) -> click on Add to Storage Group
This will allow you to "add them to multiple storage groups at the same time without having to go to each storage group , add the lun, choose the ID etc etc."

Yes but that doesn't allow you to choose a specific host lun ID. I guess navsecli is the only way.

you can also use naviseccli to do the same.

yes - if it is not in the GUI the alternatives are CLI or API
