Perhaps you can give us a little background on what you plan to do.
There are different options to deploy/uninstall the agents -- please take a look at the administration guide.
There is also a command line uninstall option. Take a look at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Quest Workspace Assessment Agent\UninstallString and you can replace the command line option with /X /s (uninstall silently).
