Windows Server Licensing both with VxRail

We bought the Windows Server Datacenter licensing with our VxRail purchase.

There's Windows Key stickers on the physical boxes but how do i take that and apply it to the VMs running on our VxRail?

Hello msweet130,

When your system was deploy the Server OS should have been deployed when they deployed the cluster. The installer should use the license on the VxRail appliance to license the software, but must use the software we provided

Hello patatiu,

It is best to open a support case for this as there are a few thing that we will need to look at to see what is going on.

Hello DELL-Sam L we have the same issue.

The VxRail was deployed a few months ago and right now we want to install one virtual machine with windows server and the OS shows as "Windows in not activated"

Of course the vm lives in VxRail cluster
