Hi

I have 2 T5500 (RAID & Non RAID). Specifications are as given below:

Bios – A01

CPU – E5506 2.13GHz / X5570 2.93GHz

Memory – 4GB (4*1GB DDR3)

Video – Nvidia Quadro FX580 / NVS 420

OS - Windows XP SP3 (32bit)

I have loaded the machine with Windows XP operating system. now my issues is

In BIOS the system shows 4GB of memory installed but in OS it shows only 2.43GB of memory only

Can anyone help me why it's showing like this?

I know in the 32bit operating system have a memory limitation upto 4GB only and it will not detect the whole 4GB memory in OS. but still it will show atleast 3.5GB in the OS which i have tested in T5400.
