Have just got a new Inspiron and have installed Acrobat 6 but when I click on it, the program doesn't open fully and then freezes. I've tried uninstalling, installing serveral times and have downloaded the latest copy from Adobe but no joy. The Adobe website lists about 20 possible causes but I can't think why there should be a problem because this is a two day old computer. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
