After trying all published solutions and none of them solved the problem, finally this closed post gave me some ideas:
I entered BIOS (restart and push F2 and/or F12 while DELL logo is showing), and, effectively, the Bluetooth device was not showing.
Then I reloaded the default BIOS (there is a button for doing that in the BIOS menu in the lower right corner).Problem solved!

Maybe run the getmac command and post the output?
