Hi,

On my stand-alone home PC, where I'm the sole user, when I click on Tools>Internet Options, I'm getting an error screen that says, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your System Administrator." I tried a System Restore to yesterday, but am still getting this error. When I open Control Panel>User Accounts, it shows me as Computer Administrator. Also, I have no passwords established to limit use, nor any guest or limited users.

How can I "convince" this PC that I am indeed the System Administrator, and how might this problem have occurred in the first place?
