Clean Install

Am running WinME on a Dimension 266 and have had nothing but problems. Any chance anyone can direct me to wher I can get the steps to doing a clen install and reinstalling Win98se?

    This appe
    ars to be more of a reinstall. What I need to do is go back and install Win98se . I don't think I can uninstall ME and install 98se can I?

    The guide I referred you to will walk you through the steps of partitioning, formatting and installing Windows 98 to your hard drive.  Click here for one of the links mentioned in that article that will explain how to partition and format the hard drive.  Once the drive is reformatted then you can go on with installing Windows 98.
